Can I visit the studio and meet the artists?

If you would like to take a tour and meet the artists of The Portland Art & Learning Studios, please email [email protected] Tours are available every Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am - 1pm. Each tour is led by one of our artists.  


Why do some of the artworks on your website only list the artist's first name and last initial?

This is done to protect the privacy of our artists.


Who do I contact if I have questions about my order?

Do you accept cash, checks and/or bank transfers? 

Yes. We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, cash, and bank transfers. Please email The Portland Art & Learning Studios' gallery director, Daniel Rolnik, with a link to the piece(s) you're interested in and he will get back to you. Please note, works paid for via check will not be released until the check has cleared. 


How long will it take to receive my order?

The average delivery time for domestic orders is two weeks. Once you place your order, we will carefully package it and then bring it to our local USPS office on the following Wednesday morning. Once that occurs, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If your order is currently part of an exhibition in our gallery, it will ship out on the Wednesday following the exhibition's closing date. 

Do you ship Internationally? 

Yes! If the checkout is not working for you, please email [email protected] and our gallery director will generate a custom invoice for you. Please note, international orders that are shipped via First Class mail can take up to 4 weeks before they are delivered. 

How much does it cost to ship art to me? 

Every order is different, however our online shop will automatically calculate your shipping costs during the checkout process (but before you finalize the payment.) International orders will cost more, due to tariffs and other things beyond our control. 

Do you offer local pickup at the gallery for online orders?

Yes. If you would like to pickup your purchased artwork at the Portland Art & Learning Studios' gallery, please email [email protected] and he will refund your shipping amount. 


Do you offer payment plans on works of art? 

Yes, we do. If you would like to pay a painting off over time, please email [email protected] and he will set you up with a plan that works with your budget. The painting will be shipped to you one week after the final payment has been made. 


How can I place a wholesale order of your shirts, prints, pins, music and products for my store?

If you'd like to carry our artists' products at your store, you can! Minimum order qualities depend on the product type, so please email [email protected] with a link to the product you're interested and he will get back to you. Please note, original artwork is not available for wholesale orders. 


How do I license work for products that I want to produce?

We’re always open to collaborations with like-minded companies and organizations. Please contact [email protected] to discuss working together. 


Can I commission the artists to make an original painting for my collection? 

Yes, most of our artists are open to working on commissioned paintings.  Please note that commissioned pieces can take up to six months or a year to complete. However, some artists work faster. If you're interested in commissioning an original work of art, please email The Portland Art & Learning Studios' gallery director, Daniel Rolnik, with a link to the artist and he will get back to you within two business days: [email protected]
